The Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership programme is popular amongst new and developing managers. The course offers to increase knowledge, understanding and management skills in ways that relate directly to a learners own environment and circumstances. Additionally it will develop the understanding of people in organisations and interpersonal skills.
The purpose of the programme is to provide an intellectually stimulating and practically relevant educational experience. It is focussed upon an applied skills- based approach, and some experience is assumed.
Note that this is a short course that can be used as continuing professional development or for those that wish to move into a particular aspect of employment. Bachelors Degree or International equivalent.
A CEFR Level B2 English Language Assessment. If English Language Assessment not present we may be able to offer advice and guidance. Experience in a Managerial Position would also be useful. Mature Learners whom can demonstrate understanding, experience and or ability to keep up with Course pace.

Note that Assessment is through portfolio work and all assessments are externally marked, you must be able to pass all units in the Diploma to be entered to achieve an Extended Diploma.
